A More Affordable Future

San Mateo County should be a place where working families can build a life. Juslyn grew up in a family that stretched every dollar to make ends meet, and she knows too many families are facing those same challenges today.

As your Supervisor, she’ll make affordability the lens through which she approaches every decision. That means supporting good-paying jobs, protecting the services families rely on, and ensuring county government focuses on helping people get ahead.

The goal is simple: Keep San Mateo County a place where families can afford to stay and thrive.

Building More Homes

Everyone deserves the chance to build a life in the community they love. Whether you're buying your first home, raising a family, or hoping to retire close to your children and grandchildren, San Mateo County should remain a place where people can afford to stay.

Juslyn has spent her career creating housing opportunities because she knows what stable housing means for a family. She helped build Midway Village, the largest affordable housing development in San Mateo County, with 555 units, and before she ever ran for office, she created a housing program that helped veterans secure permanent housing.

As your Supervisor, Juslyn will work to create more housing near jobs and transit, expand opportunities for working families, and make sure teachers, nurses, first responders, and young families can continue to call District 5 home.

Healthcare You Can Count On

When someone you love needs medical care, you shouldn't have to wonder if it will be there. That's why Juslyn fought to help save Seton Hospital, because she knows how important it is for North County families to have quality healthcare close to home.

As your Supervisor, she'll keep working to protect Seton Hospital, expand access to mental health services, and support programs that help seniors and families get the care they need.

Healthcare should never be something families have to fight for. It should be something they can count on.

Safe Communities

Every family deserves to feel safe at home, at school, and in their neighborhood. Safe communities don't happen by accident. They happen because we invest in the people and services that keep us safe.

Juslyn fought to restore Fire Engine 95 after it was cut during hard economic times because she believes public safety is one of the government's most important responsibilities. She pushed for mental health clinician support on 911 calls, so people in crisis get the right kind of response, not just a badge and a siren.

As your Supervisor, she'll continue protecting fire and emergency services, support first responders, and invest in solutions that make every neighborhood cleaner, safer, and stronger.

Investing in Every Generation

The strength of our community depends on how we care for one another. That means giving young people the opportunities they deserve while making sure seniors can continue living healthy, connected, and independent lives.

As your Supervisor, Juslyn will invest in parks, libraries, recreation programs, and services that support residents of every age. Whether it's creating more opportunities for our kids or expanding programs that help older adults stay active and engaged, she’ll work to make District 5 a community where every generation can thrive.

Thriving Local Businesses

Small businesses are the heart of our neighborhoods. They create jobs, support local families, and bring life to our downtowns and commercial corridors.

Juslyn has spent her career working alongside business owners and community leaders to solve problems and strengthen local economies.

As your Supervisor, she’ll support small businesses, connect residents to good-paying jobs, and invest in vibrant business districts that create opportunity throughout District 5. When local businesses succeed, our entire community benefits.
