A Message From Juslyn
As a Daly City native, I attended Woodrow Wilson Elementary School, Ben Franklin Intermediate and Jefferson High School and attained my Masters of Public Administration in the School of Public Affairs and Civic Engagement from SFSU. Currently, I serve as Daly City Personnel Board Commissioner and Chair for the SamTrans Citizen Advisory Committee.
My wide-range of experiences provides a great benefit to policymaking. I worked in the nonprofit sector which taught me the importance of listening to the needs of residents, firsthand. I have a track record working with city officials around policy initiatives which encompasses necessary advocacy and cooperation. I have a vast experience in community development and recognize that private-public partnerships can boost our local economy when done responsibly.
Daly City has the potential to create economic opportunities and still maintain the cultural and diverse neighborhoods that enrich the Daly City experience.
As your Councilmember, I will fight for more opportunities for affordable housing, ensure public safety is a priority, enhance services for our Seniors and invest in Youth development programs by partnering with our local schools. It is imperative we find innovative and creative solutions to build our local economy and sustain our environment.
I would be humbled to receive your vote.
